I will be resigning a couple of months from now, however, our company has been having problems paying our SSS, Philhealth, pagibig contributions/loans and also problems releasing our back pay or quit claim. I just want to know if a demand letter for the quit claim and contributions is okay so that they could release it asap because i heard that those that have resigned January have not yet gotten their back pay and the company has not yet updated their contributions. I have already filed a complaint at SSS, Pagibig and Philhealth though. Many thanks.
