Can i ask a question? This concerns whether i will file an affidavit of desistance or not, on a case that i filed last month.

Prision Correccional

Filing an affidavit of desistance is the usual practice if you want to dismiss the case you filed, however, it is not a guarantee that the judge will immediately dismiss the said case.
