Atty. meron po mga properties (House/Lot, Cars)ang father in law ko, ang mag ito ay nabili nya nung mag-asawa na sila, namatay na po yun in law ko na lalaki. ang tanung ko po ay ito:
1. pede po ba ibenta ng biyenan ko babae yung bahay/lupa?
2. yung mga sasakyan naka rehistro s father-in-law ko, pede rin po ba ipangalan na lang sa mother-in-law ko ang mga iyon?
3. meron ba kami dapat na legal papers na gagawin? kasi ala po sya last will and testament.

Maraming pong salamat ata more powers sa free legal advice..
