I am legally seprated for almost 6 years. ang asawa ko ay may kinakasama na ngayon at ako din. Me and my live-in partner now plan to buy a house and lot under my name kasi foreigner sya at d sya pwede maka bili. Help me waht to do para young dati kong asa ay mawalang karapatan sa bibilhin naming bahay, coz as i know since we are not legally separated the property bought in our period of marriage is conjugal. I want him to have no rights for the house and lot that we will going to buy, other says ipa dissolve ko daw sa korte and conjugal property regime, how long it will take? may iba pa bang paraan? Please help me what to do.
