No overtime for Fieldworkers

Good Day. Ask ko lang po according to our labor law na ang Fieldworkers ay walang overtime kapag ang work ay outside o malayo sa branch at di matakda o matiyak ang oras ng trabaho. Tama po ba?

Question ko po, ang regular working hours po namin ay 8:30am - 5:30am for 5 working days a week. Categorised po ako as Fieldworkers bilang Credit and Marketing Representative sa isang motor finacing.Required po kami na magtxt/tumawag or email sa aming immediate superior ng IN (8:30) sa morning at kung saan area at dealer kami, ganun din sa OUT(5:30 most of the time beyond that time). Namomonitor din po nila kami dahil sa credit (credit investigation)namin ay may monitoring. Tama po ba na hinde kami bayaran ng overtime? Kapag holiday po ay pinapapasok pa rin kami pero no double pay only fieldwork allowance. Ngayon ay pinapasok na kami ng Sunday(only fieldwork allowance and by schedule once in 8 weeks) pero hinde mo pwedeng ioffset ung araw na pinasok mo. Tama po ba ito?

it is correct that fieldworkers are not entitled to overtime. instead, they are given meal allowances, but that is not a legal requirement either. i'm afraid you are not entitled to holiday pay and rest day premium either.

unfortunately yes. but you can request for another rest day if it is too often.
