gud day! i have a very difficult situation here.. im lxxxxxxta from davao. i have a live in partner who is married. pero nang maging kmi, matagal na silang hiwalay nang asawa nya.. almost 5 years.. the situation is.. ?? yong x wife nya naging pok2x na pero tinatakot nya parin kmi nang live in partner ko na magdedemanda xa nang adultery.. in the first place po.. hindi po ako yong pinalit nang mister nya sa kanya.. tapos ang gusto ko pong malaman kung pwede pa po ba xang mag sampa nang kaso even if she commit sex to everybody? i mean to anybody? what should i do?

the husband can file adultery charges against her if he can prove that she has been having sexual intercourse with other men.

the wife can file concubinage against you both or psychological violence against the husband under ra 9262 if he can prove that you are living together.

ano po ba ung concubinage? is their any ways po ba para ma defend po namin ung part namin.. eh hindi po ako ung unang girlfreind nya eh. gusto nya daw po mag file nang case possible po ba yun?and pwede po bang malaman kung mag kano ang bayad nun kung mag file po nang case? possible po ba na ma kulong? tnx po for answering me..

concubinage is living in with a married man. yes, it is a criminal charge. there is no cost to initiate this case.
