Good afternoon,
I would like to ask kung ano pwede gawin ng kasambahay namin.... kasi nagdown sya nung apr 27 sa isang computer school for her daughter enrollment. kaya lang humina kasi ang income ng asawa nya so nagdecide sila sa mas murang school na nila ipasok ang anak. bumalik sila sa school to ask for refund hindi daw pwede kasi no refund policy daw sila. On June 20, pa magsisimula ang pasukan.

May no refund policy ba talaga?

this is not a situation that falls squarely under DTI rules against no refund. they can file a complaint at the ched, but a contract is binding unless one of the parties breaches it.
