I am a culinary student. Ang program is consist of 2 courses, part 1 baking and part 2 culinary.
Now after baking, next na culinary ko.
Eto po yung section ng handbook for the refund policy:
Withdrawal for Cause. The student shall be entitled to immediately withdraw from the Course by giving written notice to (Name of School) of his intention to do so under the following circumstances:
• The School fails, for any reason, to commence the course on the commencement date;
• The School terminates the course for any reason prior to the commencement of the course;
• The School is in material breach of its obligations under this Agreement.
Refunds for withdrawal for Cause. The School shall, as soon as practicable after receiving the Student’s notice of withdrawal under clause II.a (and in any event no more than thirty days after receiving such notice) refund to the student:

Withdrawal without cause and refunds. Where the student withdraws from the course from any reason other than those stated in II.a, the School shall, as soon as practicable after receiving the Student’s notice of withdrawal (and in any event not more than 30 days after receiving such notice) refund to the student the following sums (less any applicable bank administrative charges):
Refund Policy Table

Question 1. What does commencement means? Dalawa po kasi ibig sabihin, 1) graduation; 2) beginning; contradicting po.
Question 2.
Thanks in advance Atty.
