would like to know the process of filing a case re: physical injuries? and like to know also if we blotter a report to the police station of the incident can they immediately arrest the person or we have to file a formal complaint to the municipal court?

if the other party lives in the same city or municipality, you have to file the complaint at his bgy. then to the fiscal's office

now, it is important to document the injury. have the victim examined in a government hospital and get a medico-legal certificate and photographs.
