unemployed single mom

Arresto Menor

Hello po Atty, I lost my job almost 3 months ago and having difficulty finding a new one. I have loans that are accumulating now. I just rang the bank where I loaned my car and i was advised to wait for the letter from their legal department for 2 months arrear. The reason on calling them is to ask for help to give me an option as I have lost my job. The agent told me to wait for the letter and pay my arrears or they will repossess my car. I only have months left to complete my loan and it is just unfortunate that I lost my job and unable to update my account. Is there any advise that you can tell me because I do not want to lose my car.

don't make it easy for them to repossess it so you have leverage to negotiate a deal and buy time. keep trying to talk with them. once the lawyer sends a letter, you can negotiate with him.
