Hi atty,

I filed a bp22/estafa in a provincial RTC, Amount involved is 3.1M. I paid around P26,000. Now, the case is due for resolution and the BP22 will be filed in our town's municipal trial court. While the estafa will be in RTC. I was told there again filing fees? Sad

didn't an attorney assist you when you filed the case?

rule of thumb is filing fees for civil aspect is around 2.5% to 3%
