if a person is declared to be an indigent by the court, is he also exempted from the fees required by government agencies (i.e. for certified copies of documents from the NSO or the Registry of Deeds) if the documents he will get is connected and necessary for his case?
Mahal din po kasi yung mga "computer fees" "i.t. fees" kapag kumukuha ng certified copies ng documents...thanks in advance.
