no, that is not a valid ground for annulment

thanks atty. for your replying my question. pero atty. kinasal po kasi kami wala po akong kahit na sinong kamag anak, kasi po sa province nila kami kinasal at tinanan nya kasi ako noon. at para po maikasal lang kami may kakilala sila sa city hall para baguhin ang age ko at year of birth ko, dahl hindi raw kami makakasal at my age of 18 going to 19,and also I have no any documents like birth certificate to present para maikasal kami. and now, after 10 years, we alredy separated, kasi po sinasaktan nya ko, beacause he always jealous.What should I do, para po mapawalang bisa yung married namin? thanks atty. and I hope your appropriate advise. good day!

the thing is, you really were 18 at the time of the marriage. you had until you reached 26 years old (8 years!) to annul your marriage based on lack of parental consent. now it's too late.

see the list if there is any other ground for annulment. was there even a ceremony? did you have a marriage license?

I got our marriage contract at NSO. so what shall I do? I want to anull our mariage. and we're already separated for two years na po.

My classmates sister was married at 19 and no consent especially from mother...her marriage records can not be found in the civil registry in her province but NSO has it. Why is that please!?

perhaps the local civil registrar lost their copy after they forwarded one to the nso. regardless, the marriage is valid.

are they trying to annul the marriage?

Art. 45. A marriage may be annulled for any of the following causes, existing at the time of the marriage:

(1) That the party in whose behalf it is sought to have the marriage annulled was eighteen years of age or over but below twenty-one, and the marriage was solemnized without the consent of the parents, guardian or person having substitute parental authority over the party, in that order, unless after attaining the age of twenty-one, such party freely cohabited with the other and both lived together as husband and wife;
