Hi Atty,

Hope you're doing good.

Anyway, My husband and I got married last Aug 2007, but the marriage was not solemnized publicly and addition to it my husband was not here in the Philippines when the solemnizing officer accpted our marriage contract. Actually my husband's signature was forged and our marrige contract was filed as Late Registration to show that at the time of marriage he was here in Phil. We pursue to do this considering that I want to follow him abroad to work as well. And now I just would like to know, does our marriage can be considered as NULL and VOID?

It seems to be possible if you can prove these with clear and convincing evidence
