Arresto Menor

I am physically separated from my husband. We are legally married. How can I ensure that before he leaves the Philippines (I think he is going to work as an OFW abroad), he will comply with his financial obligation to me and our one year old son? What legal actions should I do? At present my husband is not yet providing financial support since he is still unemployed. Hoping to hear your advice soon. Thank you very much.
