COPYRIGHT – is bundle of rights that an author enjoys of the form of the expression of the ideas.

CRITERIA FOR COPYRIGHT PROTECTION
1. Originality – answers the question “did you make it?” while novelty in patents answers the question “did you make it first?”
2. Fixation in a tangible medium – what is protected is the tangible expression of the idea, not the concept, idea or format

Question:
Example, there is a textbook protected by a copyright, I answer all the questions in the exercises at the end of each chapter. Then I compile all my answer into a book highlighting that this is the answer to all questions in that textbook, then I publish it.
Am I violating a copyright?

Thank you very much!
