Hi atty,

I just want to know if I file a civil case and ask an amount to the court for the damages, Let's say I will ask for 10M . How much will be the filing fee? or Is there a filing fee? Because atty kng meron filing fee meaning ndi tlga mhihingi ang totoong amount ng damages kng ndi kayang bayaran ang filing fee. Kung for ex. meron akusado at nanalo so meaning nglabas n din ng malaking halaga at maaaring wla n din pera.
