i have question ... i signed a contract in one the biggest financial institution ..ive done with thier recruitment process and signed contract to be started april 05 but then the training class was cancelled . then profile me again for a new acct. then what happen is that im overqualified for the local acct . my question is that if the employer di sinunod ang contract date and walang ginawang resolution can i sue them . because theyr not giving me any compensation they asked me to wait until july or aug but im financially constrained i feel that iam violated

not anymore because i have bad experienced already. hr advised me since im financially constrained better apply with another company to cover my expenses and then by the time that the class started by july or aug i can apply again and then they will prioritize me and will go the same process for reassesment beacuse i enter a new contrct and employer ... they not offering me any contingency plan or any form of compensation while im waiting .

it would be weird to sue them and still work for them. yes you can sue the company for damages.
