PLACE OF MARRIAGE IS DIFFERRENT?????????

..hi hope somebody can answer me....d place of marriage was in san juan,we are not residing der,in d contract i'm in manila whic is right,,and my partner is residing in san juan R Pascual/san mateo rizal?he has two place of address which i can prove that is not true..only in rizal their family is residing..my question is how to prove dat he is not residing in san juan?d place of marriage is in san juan although we did it in manila?where to check it and how can i prove it?iw ant to file an annulment on this,i'm newly turned22yrs.old by dat tym with no consent of parents in d marriage.it was a secret one"daw"?one more thing where can i check if d one who solemnize us in san juan is valid person?.we were separated for5yrs...no kids..tnx
