just wanted to ask that the marriage license was issued in the place where none of us resides..it's in san juan city hall and we are residing in manila and rizal..is it valid marriage?non of us get the marriage license for it was a secret..but in the cert der is a marriage license in the wrong location.i want to check the number in the license but how?in the first place i'm in manila since birth and it was in san juan?neither of us resides in that place?even the solemnizing officer.he was a minister,is in san juan also.we both went to manila cith hall,but it was registered there in san juan?...i'm newly turned 22 at dat tym of marriage,just 1mos b4 22 is my birthday..i read dat 22-25yrs old must have written parental consent to have d license?so how can that be?no marriage counselling or whatever it is,it was a secret one..both no parental consent.i'm confused pls...help me...need answers so badly...i want to file an annulment..i just need a piece of advice..plsssssss

However, since you want to have your marriage annulled it is advisable for you to get a lawyer to study your marriage. There maybe grounds for annulment. By the way, parental consent is not required for persons 22 years of age and above.
