I am separated for 10 yrs. my annulment was denied. after the alimony case i am giving P7,900 a month. last week my wife started to ask personal records from the office re: payslip, loan documents, etc. i already gave a letter attached with decisions of court to our admin officer stating that we have no pending case in court and all payments are automatically debited from my salary to her bank.

what i would like to know is, is she allowed to get my records without any court order? what can i do to prevent this? she is harassing people and i am humiliated by this.

need advice

tnx

i don't believe there is a clear law about this. I recommend you write your HR that you are not authorizing your wife to acquire the information.
