^kapag nanalo yun pinagkakautangan niya sa korte, kailangan niya mabayaran yun 45k sa pamamagitan nang mga ari-arian niya, kung wala naman siyang ari-arian, sorry na lang yung pinagkakautangan niya kasi wala naman nakukulong sa utang.

merun po syang hearing ngayong may 3. nahatulan na po sya ng court or decision ng court na kailangan nyang magbayad ng 45k plus 2500 parang danyos or soemthing problem po kasi nasa singapore yung friend ko. anu po kayang possible na mangyari sa friend ko after ng hearing sa may 3 nag follow up po kasi yung kalaban namin sa rtc pino pursue nila na makulng yung friend ko. may possbilities po ba na mangyari yun?

civil case lang yan case sa mga utang, unless estafa ang nafile na case, at bkit rtc e 45k lng ang utang.
