pwede ba hindi pirmahan ng superior ko ang clearnce ko dahil daw, assess muna nila ung performance ng replacement ko to evaluate if effective ang turn-over ko n 5 days lang?

I rendered my resignation Feb 4, it was then approved, I extend my term until March 28, ang unang nila binigay kapalit ko, buntis pala, then extend n nmn ako until April 8 nlng to facilitate the turn-over ng tao binigay nila ng April 1 lang...is it my fault n hindi enough ang training period, sila ang palpak s hiring process..

Please help..

have you stopped reporting for work? write a letter or email stating a definite day that you will stop reporting and demand that the clearance be released.
