Good Morning
I just want legal answer. if the marriage is fake as fraud but registered sa NSO and now on the process of annulment, what will appear in the cenomar result,its gonna change SINGLE or the previous marriage history will appear?
I want it to be back to Single, how would that be?

Im so bothered. last hiring na yesterday. natatakot ako baka matalo un annulment case ko..sayang nmn lahat ng binayad ko..possible ba mangyari un? matalo ang case ng annulment?

what is the ground for annulment of the marriage? pscycho incapacity? who was the one declared incapacitated? was the psychologist able to personally examine the incapacitated person?

hello!

I just want to ask something. I found out that my husband who is a chinese citizen gave a fake certificate of no marriage, is that grounds for nullity of marriage? but we were solemnized by a city mayor in san pedro laguna.

does it mean that he has a previous marriage? ask for his report of marriage so you can be sure. if he does have a previous marriage,that can be the basis of nullity.

He is single in China, but he submitted fake papers, I am sure that he was single when we married. But still he submitted a false document (certificate of singleness). Can we dig that up and file for nullity of marriage? We are living separately now because he has another woman and I cannot put up with his alcohol abuse and gambling also. Can alcohol abuse become grounds for psychological incapacity?

you mean his certificate of legal capacity from his embassy? in my opinion, if it was fake, that is still not basis for annulment if he is really single at that time.

i have researched on chinese law attorney, it says that it is impossible for him to file divorce in China because he is married in the philippines.

if it is a divorce which allows him to marry again. but you will have to file your own petition here to have the divorce recognized.
