Taxable po ba ung back pay I mean ung money na marereceive mu after resigning? how is it being computed po? kc d nmn xa back pay kc maaus nmn ang pag alis ko...nagtataka lng po kc aku kc ungibang bg resign khit d gaanong ktagal sa companya malaki ang natanggap meron nmn iba na maliit lng khit matagal na sa company... panu po kinikompyut yun? wala din nmn kming sep pay...

yes, it is taxable. normally, the big bump comes from the tax refund.
