gud day! im working at a property managemnt offce.. hnd po kme income generating company, my salary is only 419/per day. my ngsabi po sa amin na kailngn na daw po kmeng mgtax.. before po ngwowork ako sa supermarket at minimum pay po aq dun na 426 bfore at wla po akong tax.. totoo po ba un at my bago ng bill pra dun? akala ko po kasi na excempted sa tax ang minimum wage earner.. need some help..

Eto po yung rules:

1. Minimum wage earners are exempt from payment of tax or filing of ITR. Minimum wage rate depends on your work location.

2. If you are employed to a private employment and your salary is ABOVE the minimum wage, the company/employer will WITHELD a portion of your salary and the same will be remitted to BIR. In other words, your salary is already subjected to witholding tax, hence, you are NO LONGER obliged to file an ITR, except if you want to ask for tax refund or tax credit.
