need help ask ko lang po, in case of DAIF or NSF check, what is the best case must be filed after the necessary proceedings has been complied with, ESTAFA by post dating the check or violation of BP 22?...thank you po...need ko lng po tlaga ang answer.. Smile

actually maestro,this question raised by our teacher whether what is the best case where going to file in case there is a DAIF or NSF check.he didnt mention on what for is that check...but in case the check was issued for payment of debt...which is better to file..tnx

ahhhmmm..maestro..the question goes this way, "in case of daif or nsf check,what case must be filed after the necessary proceedings has been complied with-is it ESTAFA by posting a check under ART. 315 of RPC or violation of BP 22?"....and which is better in case of the cost of legality and the gravity of punishment?
