Car loan problem but will settle today pls help....

Sana po may makasagot.. Ill summarize my situation. I have a carloan since 2006 lat year nahirapan ako magbayad lagi ako late and paying interest and "other charges"..

Last time 6 months ako di nagbayad then I settle in full kasi gusto nila lagi buo ibayad so medyo mahirap sakin and cause of delay..

Presently I owe the bank right now 98k last month I inquired sa kanila pero now its 120k daw for interest and legal stuff..

I'm worried na sobra sobra binabayad ko sa collection dept. I'm not good sa mga contract and I dont know if they overcharge me pero from 98k last month now its 120k I think thats too much.

Nagloan lang ako now sa ibang bank just to pay them. I have money last month 80k ayaw nila tangapin para sana di maginterest so I have no choice but to look for resources.

Lumabas na LOan ko from bank and I will pay them today... baka lalu pa lumaki ang charge nila sakin..

Any Advise po ba? If they overcharge me can I sue them?

you can only try your best to negotiation for better terms. but if they see you have money then it will be less likely they will agree.
