I do wanted to published an article about a corrupt person I know. i do wanted to use "aliases" to my characters. my question is, if the person depicting, can charge me, with a LIBEL Case? Im not using their real name though...

If you're not using the person's real name, but if by reading your article, readers are given the idea as regards the person you are talking about, and they can easily point him/her, you can still be held liable for libel provided that the article was published in bad faith.

We are actually free to criticize official conduct, this is a democratic country after all Smile
