Arresto Menor

Hi everyone!
This is the story of how and when everything started. I started dating the mother of my child back in 2012 and had a very smooth relationship, we are open to each other she even admitted and told me that she's a single mom of a 2yr old boy. Wala po ako problem being soon to be step dad to very smart little boy. Things got better and we decided to be together and to make it short we decided to have a family of our own. She got pregnant after a year of being together. Noong nagbubuntis siya she was stil seeing her ex (father of her first child) perok naman sakin lalo na pag tungkol sa bata. Months passed naging cold ang pagsasama namin. I dont know, nagdadahilan siya na di niya nakukuha gusto niya?? I doubt kasi lahat ibinibigay ko sa kanya and supported her all the way. After niya manganak, 1st month was ok breastfeeding etc. . . But she NEVER came back. Di man lang nangangamusta (ang dahilan niya inaaway ko daw siya) nagpakita siya nung Binyag (my baby was 6 months old) , she was late at umalis din agad. She contacted me asking if pwede mangutang sakin but thats it, nawala ulet siya. Nagkasakit ang anak ko, kainailangan operahan when he was 11 months. Hindi siya nagpakita kahit man lang text or call wala. We tried to contact her but her mom said sa "IBA" na daw siya nakatira and didnt give me details of her whereabouts. The following month we celebrated my child 1st Bday party. HINDI nagpakita, only her mom and her panganay was there. Reason why? They dont know where she is.

She left and didnt show up, never naman po siya nagreach out thru text or fb.

Maraming salamat.

Get help from a lawyer who is well-versed in family law and seek advice as to how to prove the abandonment of the mother of your children. There might be a need for court procedures to help your case, but I am not entirely sure.

Good luck.
