Hello! Nanalo kami sa HLURB. Both sa regional office saka sa appeals board. However, yung respondent nag appeal pa sa office of the president. Nakatanggap na kami ng notice of appeal. Nabasa namin sa website ng office of the president na next na mangyayari is magkakaron ng appeal memorandum then they will decide if kelangan sumagot ng appellee o ibabasura yung kaso. Question po. Sino na ang appellee? Kami pa rin ba o yung HLURB?
