I atty:
ako po ay ini imbitahan sa isang bgry: dahil sa summon. ako po ay respondent , isang technician po ako ng computer hardware servicing. dahil may nag complain sa akin.
Bakit ako pa ang nag refund at aqpa ang na husgahan.? Binawi ko kasi ang 4 na buwan na hindi nkapagbayad sa akin isang part ng cpu at yun ay motherboard. AT yung motherboard na ipinalit ko sa kanya ay may anim na buwan na warranty sa murang halaga. Sa kadahilanang binawi ko at isinuli q yung pera sa kanya at doon na. ako ba dpat ang may sala?

did you do that with his consent? if not, that was not an advisable move. if he owed you payment, you did not have the right to take the law into your own hands.

what were the circumstances when you took the mother board?
