Good day po sa inyo, tanong ko lang po kung ang Brgy Captain po ba ang mag file ng kaso dun po sa akusado na di sumipot ng tatlong beses sa brgy hearing. At yung kaso po sa isinampa sa akusado sa brgy na di sumipot ng tatlong beses, ano po ang susunod na hakbang po dito. Maraming salamat po.

they will just issue a barangay resolution about such fact na hindi sumipot ng tatlong beses. we can inform the barangay about the facts and have the barangay to intervene if there is a chance for amicable settlement. the barangay lupon shall take it notice and report it to the chairman. after that the barangay chairman can issue a resolution on such case. the resolution of barangay chairman is mandatory.

Nag issue na po ang Brgy. Captain ng resolution na hindi sumipot ang akusado, ang sabi po ni Kapitan ay ipa blotter po ito sa pulis. San po ba dapat pumunta pagkatapos maibigay sa amin ang resolution? At tsaka, may expiration po ba ang resolution na ito? Marami pong salamat sa kasagutan.

perhaps what the barangay chairman intention is for police to intervene with the case. maybe he is thinking that the police can also ask the party to appear. it is different story when the police has intervened. on the other hand, you can proceed to complaint and go to appropriate fiscal.
