Ss disability benefits

Hi this is my first, i have recently had stroke and lodt control of my body, i have been eorking as contractusl employee for the past 20 yrs di ns sko nskahulog sa sss eversince, pero before that. Nakpag hulog naman ho ako ng mga 85 conttibutions, pwede ho ba sko makakuhapang disability benefits ?

in relation to my medical condition. na stroke ho ako, mdyo malaki singil sa mri pag private so naghangad ako na gamitin public hospital services, una pumunta ako east ave hospital para magpa mri dahil yun naman ssbi dun sa private , pwede sa east ave, pumunta ako dun sabi wala sila mri so nagtanong ako sa ibang doctir dun sabi sa labas nagpa mri mga patient nila so tinanong ko kung saan yun sinabi mya so nagpunta ako s iscan, sabi 45 mins yung procedure at after2 days makuha result, nandun ako mga 11am pero naisagawa mga 4pm at less than 10 mins pa yung procedure nila so nagtataka na ako at rush hour pa sa monday schedule, pinapgpasyenhan ko na lang ganun talaga walang pera. Since malapit lang yung east ave hospital dun na ako bumalik para ipa interpret yung result, sabi na naman bumalik ako kinabukasan dahil close na yung neuro dept nila at malayo yung bldg , kinabukasan nagbalik ako hayun after 2, days pa raw available doctor nila na masyadong weird naman bakit di na sinabi nung una pa lang ako nagtanong? dun napupunta tax ko,? walang service di na ako uulet, kaya hanggang ngayon wala result baka macommatose na ako wala pa ring result , tapos no work no pay ako kase contractual lang ako heto 5, dsys na absent tspos yung 2days na holidays the previous pay period, tzlo talsga walang maiipon, kaka expire nung govt id ko kahapon, nasira pa atm ko di ako makawithdraw nang hihina pa apo di ko pa gaano macontrol kslahati ng katawan ko, mag isa lang ako sa buhay, who will take care of me? huhu

With regards to your specific needs, the proper government agency that should be able to help you out would be DSWD. Since you are a single person with no immediate family around, you should try going there and ask their agency for assistance regarding your situation.

Try calling SSS to follow up your current situation. They have many branches, depending on where you are located.

Unless you have personally tried going there and received no help from the DSWD, it is still your responsibility to contact them and check if they can do something with regards your situation.

If possible, you should go to the Office of the Mayor to seek help as well. The PCSO office also serves the people who have financial difficulties, especially if the reason is medical.

Follow-up your application with an SSS representative. They have a hotline that you could call to follow up on your case.

complete ba requirements mo? meron ka din dapat requirements na ma fulfill mo para ma qualify ka sa paternity benefit. check mo din yun

naka ilang follow up na po ako. hinihintay daw po ng agency yung bayad nung company kung saan kami naka deploy. pag nagbayad na daw po yung company, saka lang namin makukua yung bayad.

It is the prerogative of the SSS to withhold benefits when the employer has not paid his SSS contributions.

You should file a complaint for violation of the SSS law against your employer. Seek the help of a lawyer who specializes in labor law to file your complaint for you to the necessary court.
