just want to ask if i can still file a bp22 case even if the returned check is dated august 2017? if not, what is the other alternative to have him liable to his offense? btw, the reason i was not able to file a complaint is because of his promises to pay but unfortunately until now it didnt happen. however, he said that he will not run to his obligations and even willing to sign a document showing his indebtedness .is there something we can ask a lawyer to make showing he has an unsettled loan?
