Arresto Menor

Hi, I have ended my relationship with my live-in partner just recently and I want him out of my house the soonest. However, he would always tell me that he's not yet financially ready to look for another place to stay. He would threaten me that he will be destroying my stuff which he already did in the past and would hurt anyone who would order him to leave if I report it to the authorities. What should I do? Please help advise, I'm so stressed emotionally and mentally.

File a blotter in barangay. Magkapirmahan kayo. although i'm a veterinarian by profession but di napursue ang law. nagbabasa ako ng mga batas.. barangay muna then pag nangyari ulit, police. you need a solid evidence kasi eh. like pictures and video na sinabi nya tlaga yun. di pwedeng out of anger lang.
