hindi pwede adultery or concubinage dahil di kayo kasal. kung nilagdaan nya yung mga birth certificate ng mga bata, pwede mong kasuhan ng di pag bigay ng suporta. Punta ka sa PAO

Assuming you are the mother, you have sole custody and parental authority over the illegitimate children

It would be an uphill climb if you were to file a petition for sole custody, but you would be entitled to visitation

most likely but some how law is unfair to a void marriage for man.. all this system law is always favored to a woman even she is betraying his partner. so man cant do anything even he ia the victim
