ung tatay q po n accused ng qualified theft ng business partner nya dhil benenta ng tatay q yong dalawang equipement. ang usapan po ksi nla ng business partner(financer)nya bibili sila ng equipement pero charge po sa project sharing nila kso po marami n po silang project ni isang record po ng expenses wla pong npakita ung financer nya umabot npo ng 3 taon ngayon. every time na knakausap sya ng tatay q tungkol don dnadala nya sa pag-iyak kya wala silang usapang matino...ng time na kinailangan ng tatay q ng pera benenta nya ngaun ung 2 equipment... ng nalaman ng financer nya, late last year ngfile ngcompliant ung financer complain ung nga po qualified theft ..twice na rin na dismiss ng city ksi wla daw probable cause... pero ngulat po kmi nitong friday lng my warrant na ung tatay q taz no bail recomended po... anu po ang pwedi nming gawin?

i don't understand, you mean there were 2 previous resolutions that there was no probable cause and now on the third they found your father probably guilty? that sounds incredible.

your remedy is to file a motion for reconsideration. i agree that this should not be qualified theft.
