Hi. I just to have advice regarding of my mother dept. My mom died last yes and she has a dept in the lending. I am the co maker on her dept. i just want to know if I am responsible of her dept since his died. I am still a student and dont have any proof of income. The second is the dept is void since my mother is died? Anyone can send me legal matters on my problem. So that I can proof the lending in my side. I don’t think that I should pay it.
