hi po!just asking po of legal your legal advice.
i am 29 y/o. female from cavite po.
i got pregnant po when i was 21 y/o and gave birh to my daugther on 2005.unfortunately her father and I got separated since 2008 and my daugther used her biologinal father's surname.just asking po what are the process of changing my daugther surname to mine.He doesnt gives support to my daugther since we got separated.(i am not after the support) I just want to change her surname to mine and the process and how long it will take.
