Arresto Menor

Makukuha ko na po by Friday ung copy ng Legitimized Birth Cert ko na father's surname ko na ang gamit ko . Kaso I just applied today for a Cenomar and Friday din ang release na ang name na gamit ko eh ung illegitimate pa . Kasal ko po sa Sabado and may pwede po ba akong gawin para maging valid pa din ung Cenomar na makukuha ko ? Please help . Di po matutuloy kasal ko pag di maayos to .
