Arresto Menor

Ask ko lang po kung may record po ba kaibigan ko kac po nagpost po sya nag scandal ng ex nya sa facebook tapos pina blater sya pumunta namn po sya sa police station pero hind cla nag kaayusan .. tapos isang araw hind. na sya po nagpunta ng police station sa araw ng kanilang usapan may record na po ba sya noon?

As far as I know, a case must be filed against you before there will be a record in your NBI profile.

Double-check with NBI just to be sure. Contact them ASAP.

kapag wala po sya pinermahan sa police station o fingerprint na nakuha ang ang mga police sa kanya at tanging larawan lang at buong pangalan ang alam nila may record na po ba yun
