hello I'm cha po. 23 years old.. i had this problem, gusto ko po kasi magwork sa abroad, kailangan na po kasi dahil sa hirap ng buhay dito pro inaalala ko po yung NBI RECORD ko, last february 2012 nakulong po ako sa kasung theft in a department store for shop lifting, They got all the info, finger prints and photos of me. Nagkaroon po kmi ng hearing once a month for 5 mons, na settle napo ung case kasi nagbayad po ako dun sa company nagfile ng kaso ko, so dismissed napo ung case. Pro alam ko po na lilitaw sa record ko sa nbi na “no criminal record” since may civil case po ako.. may certified copy of the dismissal order din po ako from court. My question is makakapag trabaho po ba ako sa abroad if nakalagay sa nbi ko na “no criminal record”? and kung permanent napo ung record na yun at hnd na magbabago habang buhay ko? Salamat po 
Kasi parang nakakawala ng pag asa. But still let's hope for the best.
