Ano po ba pwedeng gawin kung nasagasaan po ang aso namin namatay po sya japanese spinx po lahi ng aso namin basag po bungo actually tuta pa lang sya .. tapos po wala pang lisensya ung nakabangga mabilis pong magpatakbo.. actually ung tuta po namin nasa labas po sa street namin dahil igagala .. nalingat lang po ung tita ko nasagasaan na sya.. ano po ba yung dapat naming gawin tapos ayaw makipagsettle nung nakasagasa ..

Go to the Barangay Hall and undergo Barangay Conciliation Procedure there -- The Barangay officials should be able to assist you in hopefully having the case settled there with the other party involved.
