child support and property

hello po. i have a friend who cheated on her husband. he has evidence daw po a message or convo daw ni husband and the accused guy admitting that they she and him are together but didnt know that she is married. she and her husband are now separated. her problem now is the husband does not support their child kasi daw siya ang nag cheat. they also loaned a car which will end this dec. she wants her share on the car since it will end this year but the husband does not want to sell it. whats her best option? can she file an annulment? can the husband file a case against her? please kindly give us an advice. thank you.
