Nag file po ako ng immediate resignation dahil hindi maayos ang working relationship namin ng dati kong supervisor to the point na araw araw na lang, may bad news ako narereceive mula sa kanya hanggang sa dumating ako sa point na stress na stress ako sa sa work ko dahil sa kanya and it caused me to have a miscarriage. Eto rin ang rason na nilagay ko sa resignation ko. Ang problema, parang ayaw i-approve ng bago kong manager yung resignation ko at gusto ako i-terminate. Ano po ba ang pwede ko ilaban sang ayon sa labor code? Please help me.

tama yung supervisor mo, hindi mo pwedeng gamiting rason yun. if plano mo nang umalis why does it matter to you if i-terminate ka nila? (are you under the assumption that they will give you good reviews if your next potential employer calls them for a background check)

Hindi nman yun ang habol ko. Gusto ko lang sana tanggapin niya ung resignation ko dahil sa tono ng pagsasalita nya ung huli kaming nagusap, e ayaw na nya ako bumalik sa trabaho. Ngayong nagresign ako bakit hinohold nya pa ako?

iba. terminated = bad record. pag nag background investigation ang mga pinag apply mong company, baka di ka matangap dahil may record kang terminated ka

Magkaiba yun. Yung resignation, ikaw ang kusang umalis. Pero yung termination, yung kompanya ang nagtanggal sayo sa trabaho mo. https://www.alburovillanueva.com/dismissal-termination-employment Iwasan mong magkaroon ka ng record na terminated ka.

Kumuha ka ng receiving copy ng resignation letter mo. Kahit hindi appubado yan e yan yung ebidensya mo kung sakaling ipitin ka. If di ka bigyan, magpasa ka ulit at ip-receive mo (kahit hindi approved).

Remember, nobody can legally deny acceptance of resignation letters and nobody can dictate what you have to put in your own resignation letter.
