Good AM. I am a 26 years old Filipino citizen and my husband is a US citizen. We were married in Philippines and we were nine months married now. My reason for marriage is to go US and work there. but still now, he didn't petition me yet. He didn't give me financial support either. And we seldom talk to each other for now. We dont have that intimacy/any relationship before we had marriage. What I want now is to be single again and continue my life here in Philippines. What will I do?? Thank you for responding.

Hire a lawyer who specializes in family law and ask him if your case fits into any of the grounds in annulling a marriage. He will then assess the evidences you have on hand and he will see if your case can prosper in a family court.

Take note that your husband can also file for a divorce in the US. Once granted, ask for a copy of said decision and have it recognized in our courts via a petition made by your hired lawyer.

Your husband, being an American, can file for divorce based on his own national law. Once he obtains one, both of you will be capacitated to remarry. But if your aim is get back to being single again (as you mentioned in your post), you have to have your marriage annulled, which could be difficult if no ground for annulment of marriage exists in your case. https://www.alburovillanueva.com/annulment-nullity-marriage
