Good day! Gusto ko lang po malaman if I can file a libel case againsts someone who posted in social media saying that im a mistress together with my photos. What information do I need to know or to have to file a case? And with regards to that person, Is it enough basis to do that, na may nagsasabi lang sa kanya na may nakakakita daw samin na magkasama? And if not, what will be the sanction for her? Will wait for your response. Thanks in advance.

And with that said post, theres a lot of comment from her and her friends, threatening my life. I really need a legal advise with this matter. Thanks.
