Hi, good day !

We have employees na transfer sa store branch na mayroon kami (MM to Bulacan). Salary nila is Minimum wage ng MM which is 491 (at that time).

seeking for advice, comments and/or opinion.

Thank you.

ano yung question?

rate should be based where they are assigned. although if hired in metro manila hindi pwedeng ibaba if ni transfer sa province. but increases in metro manila minimum wage should not affect them anymore

unless it is written in their contract, but you are not required to increase their salary as they are already working in the province which has a different minimum wage.
