Hello,

My company based in UK is planning to open office in Manila this year. I have a question.

What benefits are mandatory for us to provide to new hires in Philippines?

Like medical benefits, transportation allowance, Philhealth, Pagibig, and SSS?

Only SSS, Pagibig, Philhealth, 13th month pay, 5 days service incentive leaves are mandatory.

Medical benefits (HMO), trasportation allowance, sicke leaves, vacation leaves and other allowances are company's prerogative.. but note that once you have given them, you can't take it back.
